Health is all about being full of vital energy….

My journey with overwork, disconnect, stress, and auto-immune illness, all inspired me to learn more about different types of yoga, meditation, qi qong, reiki, and Ayurveda.

This led me to a very important piece to the puzzle of self-care: A way to balance the excessive stimulation in my life and reconnect with my physical, mental, and spiritual self.

What I provide for you is a journey, not a destination, to being healthy.

Health is an ongoing journey, and we need to listen to the messages from our bodies. Our health is a unified system between our mental, physical, and spiritual self.

I provide different types of yoga practices, qi qong practices, reiki sessions, and ayurvedic tips for nutrition that help you reconnect with all parts of yourself.

Clearing your energy will bring you more vitality and energy, helping you to manage stress, tension, mindfulness, and be able to face challenges with more ease.

Everyone deserves to feel amazing and more connected to themselves and the world around them, and to treat themselves as good as they treat others.
