About the Instructor:
My experience from teaching both group and private sessions is seeing that people are in need of tension release, lower back and hip pain relief, help with anxiety, overwhelm, better energy, and encouragement to give oneself self-care and kindness. Just like me!
My journey with overwork, disconnect, stress, and auto-immune illness, all inspired me to learn more about cultivating healthier energy.
My practice helped me find a way to balance the excessive stimulation in my life and reconnect with my physical, mental, energetic, and spiritual self.
My inspiration comes from my own experience with those things, and helping you cultivate that healthier energy.
I provide a variety of practices that help you with your energy, whether it be emotional or physical, by helping you clear and strengthen your energy to bring you more vitality, and help you to manage stress, tension, and be able to face challenges with more ease.
